The initiative will take place in Umbria and is aimed at frail, elderly and cognitively declining individuals living in remote areas.

Main objective:

The aim of the project is to develop an integrated system for monitoring the health status of users in their own homes, thus offering a holistic and personalised approach to health management. This system offers tailor-made solutions, based on each individual's functional profile and context, and innovative solutions to improve the quality of life of the identified users and improve the quality of local public health.

The expected result is an advanced and personalised solution that improves the quality of life for vulnerable users, enabling effective health management in the home environment.
