ReWing is an innovative startup devoted to the design and development of technologies for sensorimotor rehabilitation in patients with orthopaedic and neurological impairments.

Our journey began years ago at the Italian Institute of Technology, where we worked together and cultivated a shared vision for bringing cutting-edge innovations from the lab to society.

Inspired by our collaborative work, we founded ReWing to revolutionize the field and drive real-world impact through technological advancement.

New webinar for researchers

A new webinar dedicated to the world of rehabilitation, motor control and ergonomics research will be held on 20 November. The webinar will be repeated at four different times to meet researchers at different time zones.

Joint lab between ReWing and DIBRIS

We are pleased to announce the establishment of a Joint Laboratory between ReWing and Department of Informatics,ย  Bioengineering, Robotics and Systems Engineering (DIBRIS) of University of Genoa dedicated to advancing cutting-edge research and development in motor learning and robotic rehabilitation.
The joint lab will offer PhD candidates and bioengineering students the opportunity to conduct experimental thesis projects bridging the gap between academic knowledge and industry experience. By facilitating hands-on R&D, this initiative will empower students to apply their theoretical expertise in a real-world context, contributing to the development of advanced rehabilitation technologies.
The laboratory will be under the joint leadership of the two scientific directors: Jacopo Zenzeri, CEO of ReWing, and UNIGE Prof. Maura Casadio both of whom bring extensive expertise to this partnership. Their leadership will ensure that research activities adhere to the highest scientific standards, while promoting the integration of academic and market needs.
This initiative aims to foster joint participation in national and international research programs of mutual interest. By aligning efforts, both institutions will contribute to significant developments in robotics for rehabilitation, strengthening the impact of their research on both the academic and industrial sectors.
In addition to fostering research excellence, this initiative will support the efficient exchange of information and collaborative development, ensuring that both academia and industry benefit from the shared knowledge and insights.
We look forward to the meaningful contributions this partnership will bring to the field of rehabilitation robotics and to the scientific community at large.
